Ensure the SAR training 39–2 is adequate. Evaluate aircrew techniques in mission planning, briefings, mission execution, and critiques. Plans, develops and implements a Public Affairs program. Conduct evaluation of check pilot program in subordinate units. Ensure Cadet Protection policies and training are in place and being enforced.

Cadet joining the National Guard : Civil Air Patrol
Make presentations to outside groups, both youth and adult, to attract new members and to spread the word about CAP. CAPR E Initiate organization actions affecting their squadron charter redesignations, address changes, etc. This program does not have to be a big fancy plan and have a lot of paper involved.
